The Nutrition Shop
The practice of functional and naturopathic medicine often utilizes the targeted and therapeutic use of specific natural substances in the form of botanicals/herbals medicines, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins, and other nutraceuticals (natural substances that are either made by the body, or used by the body as pre-cursors to make a specific substance, such as a neurotransmitter or hormone). Just as with the use of pharmaceutical medications, accurately knowing exactly what, and how much, of a substance, or mixture of substances, is in any natural product is of critical importance.
Dr. Brady has been an expert formulator to the professional nutraceutical and nutritional supplement industry for over 20 years and knows what it takes to design, manufacture and quality control these products and only uses the best and most efficacious formulations made by the finest manufacturers who are certified as using the most current good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
Only this level of product is represented in Dr. Brady’s online Nutrition Shop dispensary.
The Fibro Fix Book
A groundbreaking guide to resolving fibromyalgia, and uncovering the mystery behind chronic pain and fatigue. Chronic pain affects nearly 100 million Americans. Ongoing fatigue affects even more. The combination of fatigue and body-wide chronic pain, often called “fibromyalgia”, remains mysterious and confusing.
An alarming 66% rate of those sufferers are misdiagnosed. Leading naturopathic medical doctor and nutritionist David Brady is here with the answer in his comprehensive book The Fibro Fix.
For more than twenty-three years, Dr. Brady has treated many thousands of patients seeking relief for what they consider a mystery illness—chronic global pain—and has devised a protocol to help patients determine if in fact, they are suffering from fibromyalgia— or from one of the several syndromes commonly misdiagnosed as fibromyalgia.
Testimonials
"I am very impressed (not to say moved) by your prompt, complete and detailed answer that you gave me when I reached out to you. It means to me that you guys care about the patient and, to me, it means a world. THANK YOU!"Client
I went to Dr. Brady primarily for gastrointestinal symptoms that I’d suffered with for over 4 years. I’d been to many other healthcare providers, both traditional and alternative, with no relief. From the initial visit, Dr. Brady was methodical and delved deeply into the potential causes of my symptoms. My progress has been steady and Dr. Brady is extremely responsive and supportive along the way. Jeannie - Weston, CT
I’m so glad I found your page! I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 4 years ago, and during the past year and a half I began to wonder if that’s really what is was.. after watching your videos and reading your articles, I realized it didn’t seem to fit! A new doctor and a year of tests asked for by myself after going on to do my own research. I have a diagnosis of adrenal fatigue which is what I suspected. If It hadn’t been for your page I probably wouldn’t have gone as far with my research, I just hope it’s been caught in time. So just wanted to say a big thank you Dr Brady!Sarah M.
Dr. Brady and the staff at Whole Body Medicine are fantastic. He really knows his stuff and I, along with several family members have had so many improvements thanks to him. I feel so much better going the natural route for my situation . I also feel good about going to a doctor who isn't afraid to think outside the box, that is up to date on all the cutting edge information and treatments too. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Brady.S W
All I can say is you are an AMAZING doctor! My rheumatologist told me that my test results are outstanding and the only way I got this way was from my amazing doctor. She was beyond happy with the test results. Linda L. - Connecticut
Dr. David Brady approaches the topic of fibromyalgia care with knowledge that is both broad and deep; careful consideration of evidence; a fierce commitment to helping patients; a bounty of compassion; and a holistic perspective. His approach is as full of empowerment and hope as it is well informed by science. Guidance in this challenging area doesn't come any better than this. David L. Katz, MD, MPH, Director, Yale University’s Prevention Research Center, bestselling author of Disease Proof and The Flavor Point Diet.
Two weeks into the Fibro-Fix 21-Day Detox, I am experiencing great results! When I started this detox, I couldn't walk more than a block, had daily severe headaches, and experienced pain, stiffness, and fatigue all of the time. I noticed positive results pretty quickly after I got over the caffeine withdrawal headaches. This detox was not too hard for me because I have been dairy and gluten free for years and I eat an all organic healthy diet already. Despite having had a very healthy diet, I am very surprised by the effects on this detox. The muscle tension is lessening, the headaches have subsided, my digestion has improved, and I have trimmed up a bit. Daily guided meditations have also been very helpful. I plan to buy another 21 day detox and stay on it through the tempting Holiday season.Grace
"I just read your blog article on childhood trauma and the association with chronic pain and fibromyalgia. How fabulous are you for writing about this stuff! These are the things I address in my own work as a psychologist and my own writings, without all of the supportive medical pieces you incorporate. My favorite is your last paragraph – “dwelling isn't useful or helpful.” I'm paraphrasing but you get the point. Well done! And thank you for being a voice out there -- discussing and addressing issues people don't like to talk about."Reader
My husband has been taking the Fibro Fix products for about a year we tried switching to off brand stuff and just did not help him. It truly saved his life and our family. He was on a ton of prescriptions going to so many doctors that he had a appointment each week so we decided to research natural help. We found the Fibro Fix and he has been off all of his prescriptions now since around April and he does not have to see a doctor on a regular basis. He is able to work some and feels good most days. He still has some bad days, but our life has improved so much. Everyone tells us that it is too much money to spend on vitamins, but we no longer have all the medical bills and prescriptions and he has a life.Katherine
"Hi, I'm from England. In desperation, following a 4 month flare without respite from pain, I found your book on Amazon. Followed the detox plan and can't thank you enough, what a difference your advice has made to my life. I am functioning again! I'm now taking the recommended daily supplements, still having one shake a day, only problem I'm experiencing is widespread itching and an itchy rash on my chest. I'm telling all my fibro friends about you. Thank you so much."Amazon Customer
Dr. Brady is an excellent doctor. I've been a patient for two years. I was referred to him by a doctor friend who described him as a "GI guru." He uses cutting edge diagnostic tests that have helped a lot in diagnosing and treating my gut issues. Dr. Brady is a good listener, and he takes the time to thoroughly answer questions. I highly recommend him for people who've had difficult to treat gut issues.David C.

Introducing “Functional Medicine & Nutrition Virtual Classroom with Dr. David Brady & Friends”
Have you ever been interested in learning more about functional and integrative medicine and nutrition? I am often asked, “Where is the best place to learn functional medicine” or “Where can I learn clinical nutrition”? I get asked this over and over and was always not quite sure exactly what to say. There are many options these days, but they tend to either involve long and expensive academic degree programs on one extreme, and comparatively lightweight online courses taught by people that you have never even heard of on the other. What this program offers in simple, well over a hundred years of collective clinical experience from instructors who are experienced and successful clinicians, including major names in their specialties, and many from the faculties of the most prestigious academic graduate degree programs in these fields. Welcome to our “learning transfer site”, where we share our knowledge with you and build a constantly expanding educational repository of hard-learned clinical experience in helping people with complex chronic diseases and health challenges in getting well. The courses are also CEU approved for most healthcare professionals. To learn more please see my introductory video HERE
